Cretan Greek Salad

Dried vegetables and herbs harmonically combined in a modern version  of a Cretan salad recipe with bulgur.

The gentle taste of bulgur is uniquely balanced with the sweet shades of raisin and carrot, while the distinctive tones of onion are mildly joined with the raciness of leek!

Enjoy it! Just empty the contents of the package in 500ml of boiling (bubbling) water and let it cook for 10 minutes; your salad is ready.

Ingredients: Bulgur (wheat), Raisins, Onion, Carrot, Leek, spices
Net weight: 160g → 400g after cooking

Serving suggestion

Add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, lemon zest, 1 pinch of cumin, 1 teaspoon mustard, cherry tomatoes, salt (optional).
