Cretan Greek Salad

Dried vegetables and herbs harmonically combined in a modern version  of a Cretan salad recipe with bulgur. Enjoy it!

Just empty the contents of the package in 500ml of boiling (bubbling) water and let it cook for 10 minutes; your salad is ready.

Cretan Greek Salad

Ingredients: Bulgur (wheat), Raisins, Onion, Carrot, Leek, spices
Net weight: 160g → 400g after cooking

Serving suggestion

Add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, lemon zest, 1 pinch of cumin, 1 teaspoon mustard, cherry tomatoes, salt (optional).
